2010年总体来说是挺满意的,是收获的一年,转折的一年。
接下来的2011年:
1、要好好改变一下自己的脾气,不要那么急。凡事静下心来慢慢处理。
2、要记住,神马都是浮云,亲人的健康幸福才是最重要的。
3、自我心理调节很重要,学会享受每一天。
4、争取生个兔崽子。
姐吃的不是菜,是回忆

鞘头炒鸡蛋。小时候经常吃,香得不行,现在却不常吃到,昨天老公回来汇报,菜市场根本没得卖。
辣子鸡丁。在北京的时候经常点的菜,鸡肉被炸得外酥里嫩,再配上红彤彤的干辣椒,那叫一个口水啊……南昌虽然也很吃辣,但是川菜很少,而且极不正宗。好怀念北京啊,不愧是大城市,吃食都很上道,想吃什么都能找到。那个小四川,小土豆什么的店还在不?我真的很想说,曾经有一盘辣子鸡丁放在我面前,我没有珍惜……
猪肚汤。不是很小的时候,家里经常有熬得浓得像牛奶般发白的猪肚汤,几百里之外都能闻到香味,可惜那时候我不喜欢汤汤水水的,就喜欢跟辣椒较劲。现在想起来真后悔啊,今天过马路的时候突然就很想吃猪肚汤,在餐馆吃饭的时候跟大家说了,他们很好意的说要点一个猪肚,我一听是辣椒炒猪肚,连忙摇头。现在的猪肉都没味道了,更不用说猪肚了,怪不得猪肚都不敢独自熬汤了,非要拽着辣椒一起才敢上桌。
昨天同桌有一个东北的姐们,聊起东北人说话独有的特色,比如卷舌音很多,比如开口闭口的“脏”话,像"CAO你MA"之类的根本就算不上脏话,只是他们的一个发语词而已。某人很适时的讲了一个他以前室友的故事。该同学是东北人,也是开口闭口“脏”话。这天该同学去找他的系主任送礼,想请他帮忙换个座位,见到了系主任,东西送上了,该说点什么了吧,该同学张口了:CAO你MB的帮我换个座位啊。。。
俺又不纯洁了,罪过罪过。

为什么总是会生气?
到底是什么原因?
接下来要好好思考这个问题。.

一个人如果他的标准越宽容他就越难生气,所谓你的胸怀的大小决定于你生气事情的大小。动不动就生气的人,是因为他的信念系统和价值系统认同的范围太窄,所以别人或他自己的一些行为很容易触犯他的准则,使他不高兴,于是生气。其实别人可能根本就没有做错什么。当然别人做没做错也正是根据他的信念系统来评估的,所以别人的对错也没有客观标准,完全在于接受方的评价。

超级下饭菜--豆花牛肉

呵呵,最近要学的菜。
材料:内脂豆腐一盒,牛肉,西兰花,郫县豆瓣酱,花椒,鸡精,糖,花椒粉,淀粉,酱油,葱姜蒜
1,把豆腐切成小块,然后放到加入盐的开水中泡一下,这样做是为了让豆腐不那么容易碎,还能祛除豆腐的生味;把牛肉切能薄片,加入相当与牛肉量五分之一的水,让牛肉把水都吸收,这样做是为了让牛肉吃起来很嫩,牛肉吸收水分后,在放入少量的花椒粉和酱油腌一下,然后抓上一层淀粉备用;西兰花焯水备用
2,起锅,用葱姜蒜炝锅,然后放入约20粒花椒,炒出香味放入两大勺郫县豆瓣酱炒出红油然后添水,水开后放入少量的糖和花椒粉,再放入一勺鸡精,因为已经放了酱所以不需要放盐,调匀后放入豆腐,转中火煮10分钟,然后将味好的牛肉一片一片的放到锅中,转大火3分钟放入西兰花就做好了。

如果人类不迅速转变生产和生活方式,那么,大片《2012》中出现的末世场景绝不是夸张:到2080年,全球平均气温将升高2到4摄氏度,届时可能将有11亿到32亿人口面临饮水短缺,2亿到6亿人口面临饥饿威胁,每年2亿到7亿沿海居民遭受洪涝灾害,最多将有60%已知物种从地球上消失。
也许上述类似言论,你已听到不少,但这并不是危言耸听,这是IPCC(联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会)的科学家通过实验模型作出的情景预测。而在过去关于中国生态和气候变化的专门预测中,所有模型全部失效,因为中国的实际发展和能源消耗远远超出预期。
气候变化最核心的因素就是碳。“碳量的变化是导致气候变化最主要的驱动因素。时下最流行的说法,包括低碳经济、节能减排,其实就是控制二氧化碳的排放量。”中科院植物所马克平所长介绍道。
碳,一种普通的化学元素,却对生命至关重要。人类体重的18%都是碳。如果没有碳,不光人类,任何动植物以及地球上的其他生命体都无法生存。二氧化碳是一种最常见的无色温室气体,是地球碳循环的一环,也是人类新陈代谢过程的一部分:我们呼出二氧化碳,植物、细菌和藻类则吸收它。它是光合作用生化过程的一部分。

人类自工业革命以来,在短短的200多年间,生产能力得到迅速提高。自然界通过几十亿年所形成的陆地化石资源,人类有能力在数百年内开发并消耗殆尽。这种爆炸式的开发与能源使用,释放出巨量温室气体,使得人类面临严重的环境和气候危机。
目前,人类活动所致的三大危害已十分明显:第一,臭氧层变薄甚至出现空洞,使人类受到宇宙射线的侵害大大加剧,各种癌变、病变不断增加,甚至婴儿的早期发育都令人担忧;第二,温室气体的迅速排放与地表植被的迅速减少形成强烈反差,海平面不断上涨,气候怪异难料,沙尘暴、飓风、雪灾等灾害的能量与数量都不断升级;第三,由于垃圾大量焚烧,剧毒化学物质大量排放,人类与动物的身体机能都受到不同程度的损害。
在气候政治的博弈过程中,被提到最多的一条准则是:“共同但有区别的责任”。1992年6月,联合国环境与发展大会在巴西里约热内卢召开,会议上通过了《联合国气候变化框架公约》,等于是在全世界范围确定了应对气候变化的“宪法”。在公约中,确定了上述原则。“共同但有区别的责任”,这句话的潜台词就是,虽然气候变化是人类共同面临的问题,但这个问题最开始是发达国家造成的,也应该由发达国家先来动手解决。
西方工业化国家是主要的温室气体排放者,对气候问题应负历史责任。美国橡树岭国家实验室数据库资料显示,自工业革命开始到1950年,在全球化石燃料燃烧的累计二氧化碳排放中,95%以上是由发达国家造成的。从1950年到2000年间,发达国家仍占77%,发展中国家只占23%。
基于这样的事实,发展中国家要求发达国家提供资金和技术,来帮助自己减缓气候变化。但对发达国家来说,出钱给最贫穷的国家或许还好商量,但出钱给发展中大国来发展清洁能源就比较困难了,毕竟两者存在着巨额的贸易往来。一旦发展中大国建立起高效、节能的生产机制,那么它所生产的廉价商品将进一步摧垮发达国家的工业体系。于是CDM机制(Clean Development Mechanism)应运而生。
CDM项目是发达国家和发展中国家的一种合作减排机制。在操作层面上,减排一吨二氧化碳所需的成本,在发达国家是100美元以上,而在发展中国家只需要几美元。这种巨大的差异就催生了清洁发展机制,即CDM。发达国家不用改进生产体系,而是出钱购买发展中国家的减排量,换取温室气体排放权。因为空气是无界的,在中国减、欧洲减、美国减,对大气的效果都是一样的。这个减排量成为一个可转让的产品,它看不见、摸不着,不用桶装,也不用船运,表现形式就是一个电子序列号。
比如在中国的西部有非常充足的太阳能资源,但那里的农户买不起太阳灶。投资公司就可以免费把太阳灶分发给用户,而农户使用太阳灶节省下来的碳排放量,就可以转让给投资公司,投资公司就可以拿到国际“碳市场”上,卖给发达国家。
CDM机制主要应对的是气候谈判中的资金和技术问题。这只是四大支柱性难题之一。另外三个难题分别是减排目标、协议的法律约束力和减排测量机制。其中,各国在减排目标上分歧巨大,巴黎政治学院的杜比亚纳教授说,其实哥本哈根会议的文字部分已经准备好了,只是关于减排数字上,还留有空格,等待各国首脑进行最后协商敲定,填在文件上。
中国是目前全球二氧化碳排放第一大国。但是作为发展中国家,我们不需要在减排目标上做出具体量化。在气候变化的国际谈判桌上,据说中国有一个绰号叫:Mr.No。意思是在发达国家要求中国做出量化减排时,得到的回答总是:No。但在今年9月举行的联合国气候峰会上,中国领导人在国际协定之外宣布了带有自愿承诺性质的发展目标。在此之前,中国还推出了《应对气候变化国家方案》,仅通过降低能耗一项,中国5年内可以节省能源6.2亿吨标准煤,相当于少排放15亿吨二氧化碳。
中国18000公里的海岸线,2/3的经济总量都在沿海——长三角、珠三角和环渤海。如果气候持续恶化,中国的损失要比小岛国的损失大得多。
作为一名普通的地球气候公民,只要从身边小事做起,实践低碳生活,注意节电、节油、节气,满足基本需要,限制奢侈浪费,就能产生巨大的节碳效果。联合国环境规划署执行主任阿西姆·施泰纳说,在二氧化碳减排过程中,“普通民众拥有改变未来的力量”。时不我待,不如伸出双手,让这种力量更强大一些。
